1. To be a playing member of the club you must have completed and signed a registration form for the league(s) in which the club's teams are playing in. 2. To be a non-playing member of the club you must complete a club membership form. 3. Only fully paid-up and playing members of the club can attend the AGM. 4. All meetings shall be conducted within the agreed standard agenda. Any additional items should be forwarded to the General Secretary at least 7 days prior to the meeting. 5. The Main Committee meetings on the second Tuesday of every month shall be attended by those elected at the AGM. Any additional meetings shall be called as appropriate 6. The Junior team managers will meet on the first Monday of every month unless it is a Bank Holiday, when it will be the second Monday. 7. Team Managers shall have sole charge of footballing matters relating to their team, within the agreed policy and guidelines of the club. 8. All fund raising activities shall be fully supported by all sections/teams/members of the club. 9. The team managers will be responsible for the collection of match fees - £2 (seniors) £1 for substitutes. Weekly subs - £40 total (juniors). 10. All monies shall be handed over to the club Treasurer and at regular intervals. 11. No manager shall sign a transfer form for any player until he checks with the Treasurer that the player is not in debt to the club. 12. All members of the club to follow the Club's Code of Conduct at all times when representing the club. 13. All members to adopt a fair play policy by helping one another, making visitors welcome and promoting the name of Bottesford Town F.C. 14. All members will be expected to adhere to all the Club Rules and Codes of Conduct, any breach of them will be dealt with by the Committee, with their decision being final.
